After making the initial appointment, I had to call him back and ask him to come a couple of hours later because of a previous appointment I had forgotten, and he rescheduled without a problem. He came out and gave me a very low quote for bi-monthly spraying, and went outside to tackle the problem. He worked very hard, not only killing a huge amount of the spiders but also wiping out all of the cobwebs, from my outdoor furniture, sliding windows, porch overhang eaves, etc. And if there are any leftover spiders, he said he'll come out between the scheduled sprayings and take care of them. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He gave me a discount because I told him I found him on Angie's List.

i messaged Ron and got a response rather quickly. I explained the situation and we settled on a day for him to come out. Ron showed up early and was very personable with a great attitude. He sprayed the perimeter of my property as well as the outside of my house. He even removed a small wasp nest that was forming. I opted for the bi-monthly spraying. I have yet to see any live water bugs anywhere on my property. the wasps came back and made another nest. Ron came out free of charge and removed the nest again. great service. definitely would recommend!

As an Angie's List member the deal was $40 for initial treatment for exterior and interior of my home. Ron is so nice and so professional. He knows what he is doing for he has doing it a while and all around Kern County. There is no contract, but if I need him to come back in the next months it would be $40. Also, if there are more bugs noticed then I would just call him back and he would come back to work on it. I RECOMMEND ALPHA EXTERMINATORS

Ron came out and removed the one rat we knew of. When the smell still continued he came back and found another one. He continues to work hard to make sure we have them all.

My main problem is that I paid $65 and I didn't really get a good detailed report back. I got a lot of stuff. But it was kind of imprecise. This was for termite inspection, so if you find termites, get a ruler and tell me where exactly is it. I want to look and see it for myself. I'm going to have to go out there now and hunt it down. It was only one guy and he was good enough. It took about maybe an hour. He didn't really anything that would cause things to get dirty.

Alpha was willing to come back and treat 3 times until the roaches were all dead and gone.

We placed a service order at Angie's list Tuesday night and immediately got a response / email from the owner himself, Mr. Ron Arvizu. Making an appointment is a breeze and he will really do his best to accommodate your schedule. Ron arrived on time at the confirmed appointment date / time. He explained in detail what he was going to do and was very knowledgeable with the product he was using. He sprayed every corner, crevice and pest prone areas as well as taking off all the cobwebs under the eaves. Very professional, polite and courteous all throughout his visit. Highly recommended!!!

Company representatives arrived on time, were courteous, and extremely knowledgable. A solution to the ant infestation was quickly determined, and in less than a day the ant problem was 100% eliminated. We were completely satisfied with their service and professionalism.

Ron is very professional and responsive. He always confirms his appointment ahead of time and is on time. He is very responsive when I have questions and is willing to come out in between monthly appointments if there is a problem.

Ron was a very amiable and knowledgeable professional. He knew his ants. His service was guaranteed - at no extra cost - for a month. And though he did a thorough job on the first visit, he promptly returned when contacted to address the ants' return through a completely new area -- crafty cretins. I would definitely hire him again - though one hopes to never need pest services very often... :-)

They come out 10 days after the initial spray and this is included in the initial price. They were quick and efficient. Highly recommend them!

Extremely well. Followed all of his suggestions for making sure mice do not choose this house. Ron Arvizu is owner/operator of Alpha Exterminators and he is the one who comes out to do the work. Very highly motivated to do a good job. Got rid of ants in yard and house.

He was recommended by a colleague. Him and his son did an excellent job maintaining a regular pest control around our house (outside area). We just moved to a new house, and they performed a pest control job in outside & inside the house prior us moving in. We have no pest issues, they did an excellent job, very nice people and the price was fair.
