The gentleman who can out was very comfortable to be around, friendly to my animals and felt very comfortable that he wasn't trying to get me to spend unnecessary money. Felt like I could trust him. Switching from my normal ac service company because of the level of service I received.

Sean came over and sold us a new HVAC unit , 20 S.E.E.R. and deducted the repair price of the old one from the total of the new one. Plus Lennox has a $750 rebate on their systems going on right now.

Just as well as in the past. . . perhaps better really. The technician, Lewis Bogle, was knowledgable and professional. He pointed out a problem that is probably a couple of years away. The price is for two year pre-paid service.

I have used All Climate air of a lot of years and am completely satisfied with the company and the people who come to do their work. I feel the cost is more affordable than their competitors which I have checked out and will continue using All Climate Air.

The services went well. No issues reported. The heater/AC unit is new. Bought in 2015. Because I bought it thru All Climate, I was given a two-year summer and winter tune-up for free, so as my unit is new, the check-ups go fairly fast with no problems. The water heater flush and check up went rather fast also. I get flyers from All Climate letting me know what specials they are having. The water heater flush had a special going on so I was able to save $35 off the original price, which makes me happy. I will continue to call them to have these services performed.

The technician serviced both furnace units and discovered that the igniter in one unit was bad. He showed me the problem with the igniter and explained what needed to be done. He had a replacement igniter on his truck, replaced it, and tested the furnace to make sure it was running and that the temperature was right. I have had All Climate service and repair my air conditioning units so I was comfortable having them service my furnace. They always respond quickly and follow up to see if the work was completed satisfactorily.

The service was prompt, quick, fairly and reasonably priced, and the people involved were very friendly. The technician was in contact, providing updates on his expected arrival time, and was actually early. The technician diagnosed the issue(s), explained the options for repair, and structured the repairs in steps so we could still safely operate our heater without feeling the stresses of stretched finances in the holiday season.

They came out within 2 hrs and did an awesome job.

We have used All CLIMATE Air for our heater/A.C. service for many years. They are always prompt, friendly and, when our unit has had a problem it was solved quickly.

Great! The office staff was very nice got a technician out same day.. technician arrived during the time scheduled he found the problem and fixed it and I had heat again very pleased will definitely use All Climate again!

Everything went smoothly. Sean coordinated with our roofing company to do the work when the old roof was removed. This made less of a mess for us. Replaced all ducting with larger and better insulated ones. Also helped direct the air where we wanted it in the house. The crew also reworked our exterior ducting so it is not so noticeable which we appreciated. They are our regular air-conditioning service, and as always their representatives are great. Have never had a problem with any of them. They are always on time. The crew made sure we were aware whenever they entered the house, and at the end of the day the yard was cleaned up very carefully. Godd job.

Tthey were on time, though I have some follow up issues - nothing major that would not make me recommend them. Did not try to up sale like another company did. Really works -

I callled All Climate Air in February 2013 for an estimate for a new unit on the roof. I called due to problems with my current unit and dissatisfaction with the company I was using. All Climate Air had a factory special til the end of February. The problem arose from no response regarding the estimate. When we finally connected, All Climate Air was very professional and courteous. They made up for not getting back to me in the beginning. I guess I got lost somewhere in their filing. My exposure to them will continue now that I am a customer of theirs. As for now, I would recommend them. I am pleased with the outcome. The installation was completed in a day and the installers took care in cleaning up afterwards. The unit has a 15 seer rating and will see how it performs through the summer. My electric bill will be a deciding factor.

We had problems with getting appointments, their staff is really rude. They'd hang up on me. I'd tell all my friends not to use them.

They have always been prompt and on-time, professional and thorough. My technician is Jorge and he's great, I ask for him by name :)

I set an appointment with them to give me an estimate on some insulation and air conditioning service, and they did not show up. . I called them and let them know they were an hour late, and they said the tech would call me. I could not get a return call from the company.

The job was fine. They were very knowledgeable. The work was done very promptly. I am really happy with it.
