+ -1 moreI have had several instances where my alarm system shows problems with a window or door not working properly. It is very difficult to get them to send someone to check my system. I have had to try to figure out the problem on my own several times.

They even told me when I was requesting more equipment than was actually required to make my home covered and safe.
