ABSOLUTE TILE & NATURAL STONE

Never had any experience with remodeling our house we had at first believed that a good job was done. Our granite and back splash was beautiful and all the work was done in a timely manner. The mess was kept to a minimum and the workers were all polite. Within a few weeks I begun to realize that all was not good. The floor tile is so uneven that we find ourselves tripping on edges sticking up, the dining room chairs no longer slide in and must be picked up to push up to table. The grout between the granite and tile on the back splash is all falling out. During a visit my sister pointed out what a mess the grouting was in the bathrooms around the sink and bathtub. Armando was helpful and easy to get a hold of until the work was done and he was paid. We spent weeks and numerous call getting someone out about the grout falling out in the kitchen. He did finally send someone out but the job still was not fixed. After many more calls we gave up and have lived with it. I am worried about someday selling this house and what we may have to pay to get this all fixed. Armando was very helpful helping us pick out the granite and designing the back splash but the work and follow up has not been satisfactory at all
