 + 1 moreMike did a great job on all my repairs, He was punctual and courteous and even picked up the pet door from Home Depot for me. He was very careful prior to installing the pet door - he checked out the garage wall, measured carefully and realized that there were pipes and wiring in that section of the wall. We installed the pet door elsewhere. His prices were reasonable and I will definitely use him again!
Description of Work: Installed pet door, changed keypad lock on the front door, installed new weather stripping on front door, replaced kitchen faucet.

Description of Work: I showed in my garage door with the damage that I had done to it. It took my assistance and showing him what I needed him to do to fix the door so that the door would work again. Because I was due for shoulder surgery I was unable to physically move the door which is what he ended up doing, but with the help of a friend who had just stop by. I felt he should a discounted his service call because he did get a lot of assistance in completing that door. Not to mention that he did not show up nor did he call me regarding his missed appointment. I kept calling him to find out what was going on and leaving messages it took him a while to respond. It was understandable that he could not make the prior appointment but he should have called.

 + -1 moreWe started using Mike a year ago and things worked out well. In recent visits however work completed had to be reworked and his cooler service was not complete. Cooler pads were not changed out, nor the pan or water pumps cleaned, which should have been done as a complete service. We have asked for keys to the units to be returned back three times and have not received a response to date. We even asked to have them returned to the property management in the same city to make it easy and we still have not received back the keys. We are disappointed.
Description of Work: We used Mike for a number of services from plumbing to fixing doors and locks.

 + -1 moreGreat job!!!It was 104F at the time they started and 107F when completed. They were early to job site and worked non-stop until fence was completely removed, loaded into trucks, driven to new location and unloaded there. I have used them before and I will be calling on them again.
