4 Seasons Pool Service and Repair

Provider does not always answer business phone. Kelley did call me back the next after I had left a message, but he did not show up on the scheduled day nor did he answer my phone call on the scheduled day when I tried to find if he was still coming. Needless to say, I won't be using him.

Kelley was great. Returned my call quickly. Showed up when he said he would. Did the work he said he would. Would recommend him to anyone looking for Pool service and/or repair.

First and foremost I liked Mr. Hoffman,I'll call him Kelley . He pointed out areas that needed attention and what I could do myself or have him do . I felt Kelley very honest and friendly. He does quality work and I would recommend him and feel my pool is in good hands. What more can you say.....to have service you can depend on. A+

It's a monthly price that I pay. He just comes and cleans. I have no problems. The pool is much cleaner than the pool guy that I had before. I can see a big difference in comparison to the pool service I was having before, as far as quality. The price is about average and so its fair.

Really helpful, very knowledgeable, very friendly, professional, always available on call if you need an emergency he's just the most helpful guy, sometimes he even do work and would not even charge you, I have to force the money, he's a fantastic guy. He knows the work, does his own business so he takes a little pride in it and the pool is in great condition, its lovely to swim in the pool because you don't have the chlorine in your eyes or whatever, its balanced with the PH. Really friendly,professional, helpful, fantastic service, and great price. Very professional, always cleans up, no problems at all. Quality of service is an A+, he has taken care of the problems the previous owner of the house had with the pipes, he completely put in, new pipes, new system, he's fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional, I have called him for an emergency several times and he came right out,he comes same day every week, no problems at all, he knows his business, extremely professional.

Good, He came when he said at the time agreed. He was on the cost of his services. The whole process took four days. He was very fair. He is now our pool guy. I am very happy.

When we purchased our new house, the pool was in poor state. We live in a rural area, which most pool services refused to even provide a quote for. Kelley came out the same day I called him, gave us a reasonable quote and started work right away. In just a couple of weeks, the pool was sparkling clean and ready for use. Kelley's been quick to respond to any issues that have cropped up - pump stopped working, pipes leaking - and his prices for repairs are beyond reasonable. I would highly recommend Kelley for all of your pool and pond service needs.
