The movers themselves were friendl2c cheerful, professional and efficient. Our issue was with the storage pod we ordered to keep some furniture while floors were being restored and windows were being replaced. We were delivered a unit that was supposed to be weather proof. After about two months we opened the unit to discover that rainwater had leaked into the unit ruining a mattress, a bureau and some framed pictures and memorabilia. We took photographs of the damage and called the company to request reimbursement and were told that "I have to check with my boss." That was the last we heard. After waiting weeks we called repeatedly and our calls were never returned.

The result has been a disaster. The delivery occurred late. Some of the items were simply not shipped at all and remained in their warehouse in California, until I demanded that they be shipped. There were over 2500 dollars in damage and loss. More than a year later we are still arguing with the company regarding reimbursement. I have made dozens of phone calls and sent certified letters, all of which have been ignored except when by accident the owner picked up the phone. I have been lied to about the check being in the mail. We still have not been fully reimbursed as promised. The owner held payment for depreciation of our personal effects even though we paid extra for full replacement insurance.

THE PEOPLE WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND GOT BACK TO ME WHENEVER I CALLED THEM.
