 + -1 moreAn estimator came and later mailed me an estimate in writing. The workers were fairly prompt. They were professional and answered all my questions. They went in the attic when they blew in the material. They said they added R-30 everywhere, which is what I paid for. The only glitch was in scheduling; I mailed in the contract and waited for them to call me, but I was supposed to call the number of the scheduler on the contract.
Description of Work: They blew fiberglass insulation into my attic. Before they came, some areas of my attic had no insulation, and others had a thin layer. They added R-30 throughout my attic, so the areas that started with no insulation had R-30, and areas that started with thin insulation ended up with extra thick insulation, R-41 or higher.

 + -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH OJ INSULATION WAS VERY GOOD. I HAVE HAD OTHER COMPANIES THAT ARE NOT EFFICIENT, AND LEFT ME VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WOULD RECOMMEND OJ TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: OJ INSULATION WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENT IN GETTING OUR JOB DONE. THEY WERE VERY TIDY, AND FRIENDLY GENTLEMEN.

 + -1 moreI WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF TIMES THERE WERE PROBLEMS, BUT IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL MY FIREPLACE AND THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR WASN'T READY FOR THEM, HE WAS BEHIND. THEY WORKED AROUND IT AND CAME BACK ANOTHER DAY. THEY DIDN'T FREAK OUT ABOUT IT.
Description of Work: THEY DID ALL THE INSULATION IN 3 ROOMS AND THE ATTIC. THEY ALSO INSTALLED MY FIREPLACE.
