Overall the job proceeded okay. Marco's english is not the best so it's hard to explain to him some things when communicating. This caused him confusion when giving the initial bid and ended up costing us much more than we expected. In addition, he didn't inform us about the H-metal colors and installed a color we didn't want. He said we should have told him, but as a customer how should we know what he is going to do. He needs to inform us first and then proceed. Make sure you go on the roof to check the work, there were many things I had to ask them to re-do.

Gutter installation, to effectively fill-in space between new gutters and receding paper. Provider completed this job satisfactorily, and the same day, after I selected custom colored gutters. Cost of this job was $2750. The third occasion was to replace and/or secure broken and/or lose Spanish tiles, at the previous location. Provider replaced one section with newer tile, and filled in other areas with original tiles, from replaced section. Provided also replaced and/or "repainted" broken, missing, and heavily painted tiles. Provider also lowered slightly the gutter angle, for better flow, in one area. This provided also designed, and painted to match a gutter shield, to divert excess drainage on another building (no charge). On all jobs, provider was punctual, courteous, professional, and helpful. He personally oversees a crew that gets the job done. I consider Marco my go to guy, for anything roof related. The roof turned out great. They worked from sun-up to sundown, and got it done in one day! They were great at problem solving and mindful of my cost. The crew were very likeable and the mess was minimal. I HIGHLY recommend them! Very happy customer!
