+ -1 moreMr. Galla delivered our house on-budget and ahead of schedule. We had no difficulties in coming to an agreement on price, payment plan, and construction schedule. He built exactly what we wanted because he took time to learn what we wanted before he began work. When we made design changes, he estimated costs fairly. The quality of his work (and of his subcontractors work) is excellent. In the 12 years since finishing our house he has continued to deliver beautifully built homes up and down the Highway 4 corridor. Mr. Galla is an honest, trustworthy man -- if more builders were like him, home building would be an honored profession.
Description of Work: Construction of a large multi-level family home. Obtained building permits, planned construction, managed all subcontractors, personally supervised all activities on the building site, maintained a clean and safe site, established a written system for tracking and managing design changes, and orchestrated all necessary inspections.
