Ray was very professional and polite. He did the repair work on our shutters in a very timely manner.

He responded the same day and although he said that it may take three weeks to get them back, I was pleasantly surprised to have them within 7 days. I had previously had a shutter repair that was a disaster. Ray was extremely professional, prompt and the repair was excellent. I would not hesitate to call him for any services that he provides.

We have 17 Hunter Douglas window treatments (Silouette and Vignette blinds) that we installed 8 years ago. They were in need of cleaning and spot removal. We contacted Hunter Douglas and were referred to 3 companies in the Sacramento area and we got estimates from all 3 before choosing Ray Burrow with Sierra Home and Commercial Services. Ray was by far and away the most professional of the three. He was prompt and concise, quickly assessing the job. He inspired confidence from the beginning --quite a welcome experience after meeting with the other 2 companies. His price actually came comparable or a little higher, but we were much more comfortable that he would do the job correctly and that our window coverings wouldn't be damaged in the process. On the day of cleaning, Ray called ahead, then showed up as promised. He quickly set to work and remained focused until the job was done. The results were fabulous. The window treatments are restored to like new condition. We were very happy with his integrity and workmanship. Would definitely use again.
