A family-owned franchise, Screenmobile provided superb service in meeting our screening needs. They were incredibly professional and PROMPT in all of their dealings with us. We really appreciated their understanding that our time is money, and they were organized, on-time, and extremely responsive in all appointments and interactions. Bill fully went over our screening needs and recommended unique customized solutions that worked for our family situation (several pets, yet needing to be able to open screens without pets escaping or destroying the screens). It was so refreshing to have a contractor who could give us an EXACT time for showing up, and then actually be there, and not be rushed through our appointment. That is so rare in the contracting industry. Lori handles the orders, and was on top of everything, ensuring that the ordering and billing went without a hitch. The drop down reflective blinds had to be ordered and they arrived on time. Everything was installed in one day without a hitch I will definitely be using this business again, when we add decking and an enclosed lower deck to the house. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality product with absolutely no headaches. And the price was quite reasonable for all the work we had done.
