Very nice man came out and checked the roof. He told me I didn't need a roof right away but didn't say how long I could anticipate waiting, just that it wasn't an emergency to have it done for this winter. The reason I give a poor rating is because I had just had another company that had done my neighbor's roof out for an estimate. He said the roof was in good enough condition that I needn't replace it for four or five years. He was the president of his company and could have easily said I needed one now and I would have believed him. The man from Rose Roofing seemed surprised that I was thinking about re-roofing, but didn't level with me. I was disappointed because I was only going to get one estimate and I chose the winner of "Auburn's Best of the Best". I don't have a good feeling about them now. I realize that it is an opinion and my roof could leak tomorrow ,but I would have appreciated honesty. I would have used them in a few years when it is time for me to spend that much money.

Janet was quick to respond to my inquires and had the estimate written up and sent out within about 2 weeks. Unfortunately the estimate was quite a bit over other bids and I was sent a list of referrals for part of the job which was included on other estimates.

They tore off the old roof on all the buildings in one day, on a weekend, which we needed due to our businesses being open on Monday thru Friday and they had all the buildings re-roofed, including having to add a plywood base in some parts that we did not originally anticipate, in six working days. They handled the inspection with the City of Auburn as well. It was important to our businesses that our clients would not be bothered by the men working and Rose Roofing was terrific that way. Of course there was hammering and stomping around on the roofs but they were careful to not have nails, debris or bad language of any kind (we have children in one of our businesses) around the job site. They cleaned up after themselves daily and arrived by 7:30 a.m. and were gone by about 3 p.m. each work day. We were very pleased with their work, the product and how they handled the entire project. We strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great roof job with respectful and professional roofers.
