Jeffco responded before any other company did, however they said it could be fixed in 2 to 3 hours. After 3 tries, and two days without water, and $500, they finally fixed it. Incompetent and overpriced, AVOID at all costs.

Terrible experience. The fellow who arrived spent two days repairing the combustion system of a water heater. It turns out he, without permission, tore apart a retired high efficiency water heater to salvage parts for the water heater being repaired. That derelict water heater was saved only because a recall repair for the electrical system occurred just prior to its combustion system failing. This fellow then spent considerable time on the phone with the manufacturer trying to figure out why he could not get the system running. Well, putting a failed gas valve in a system with a failed gas valve will result in failed operation. Two days after he actually got it fixed we discovered his work light was still plugged in and lighting up the basement and misc. tools were scattered in the area. We later carted the out-of-service water heater to the dump but in the process found the electronics had also been stripped out. Follow-on discussions via a BBB complaint came with a statement a reimbursement check had been sent to compensate for the exaggerated hours spent on this repair - no such check was ever received.

They cleaned the pipe. About a month later we had them install a the tankless hot water heater to replace a gas heater than had finally died. They were punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and their prices were reasonable.

They never called back! They said they would have someone call me and set up an estimate, but they were a no show. It's ok, I got someone else.

Did job promptly, it was an emergency need as our old water heater developed a large leak and we needed it replaced immediately. Jeffco replaced it with same day service on a Saturday. Very pleased with entire tranasaction.

They are very reliable and efficient. They know exactly how to handle the plumbing in my house. His prices come out cheeper than other plumbers in the area.

THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY HAVE HARD WORKERS AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PLUMBING SINCE WE MOVED IN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
