About us

We are a California Licensed General Contractor and do all sorts of work. From small jobs like changing light bulbs to large complete remodels. No job is too small or large. We are honest, if it isn't something within our scope, we will not accept the work. We provide free estimates, always on time, fairly priced and respect our customers homes and keep our work space clean. We try to only accept jobs where we do all the work but occasionally we will hire sub-contractors. Some jobs require 10% deposit up front but many do not. Final payment is due at completion of work agreed upon. On larger projects we may require scheduled payments based on work performed and materials purchased. We accept cash, checks and credit card.

Services we offer

We provide a wide variety of construction services. It can be as simple as changing out some light bulbs. We do Section 1 repairs for pest report clearances when selling a house. We do pretty much everything related to repairs, maintenance, landscaping and remodels.

Services we don't offer

Stucco, we can't do everything. Insulation, we will do if part of our job but will not take on an insulation only job. Carpet, although we do have an excellent carpet person to refer. Linoleum, does anyone use it anymore?
