Description of Work: I called Dan to get a price to stake a property line for a job I was bidding. He took the pertinent information from me and said he would look into it. We did not talk on the phone for more than maybe 5-10 minutes. He then visited the prospective job site in downtown sac ( from Auburn), so he could have a thorough understanding of what he was going to be working with. I'm not sure If a surveyor will be necessary for this job, but I will definitely use him if I need one, now or in the future. Anyone who takes it upon themselves to do the leg work before there is any guarantee that he will get the work, shows that he is concerned with giving an accurate estimate instead of just shooting from the hip.

I did contact him recently about a potential job. He was very helpful and responsive. I enjoy working with him. I also have a partner that used him a lot and had a good experience too.
