I called for an estimate and didn't have much trouble with that part. I decided the price was OK and went ahead and agreed to have the work done. There were only a couple of companies in this area that are vendors for the Showergaurd glass I wanted. Their office called back to collect payment for the glass via credit card over the phone shortly after. I noticed they had very little paperwork associated with the job that was given to me. No illustration or photo of what the door and handle was going to look like. It wasn't until after a few days later that I thought about it more and realized that there was no towel rack included since I didn't see what it was going to look like. I was able to change the door handle to one that could be used to hang a towel as a workaround. No written contact given to me. Almost everything was verbal. All I got was a business card when they came out to do the estimate and measurements and maybe a work order listing payment due and little else on the day of installation. It took a really long time to get the work even scheduled on a calendar to be done. Even though I wasn't in a rush to get it done, so much time had passed that I had to call them to ask what the hold up was. I ended up having to drive down to their office because I wasn't getting response from phone messages. It was while I was physically at their office, that I picked out the shower handle mentioned above. This lack of response was a warning of what was going to come later. However, I was not on any short deadline to get the work done, so it was only annoying and not really a big problem to me at the time. The installers were quite late on the day of the installation so they were still here when another contractor arrived to do work I scheduled later in the day on another part of the house expecting the G&H work to have been done by then. So, when they said they were done, I quickly looked at the door and moved it back and forth to see that it moved smoothly. Everything seemed fine, at a glance so I sent them away. A few hours later, I went back and looked at it more closely and saw that it had been installed misaligned causing the door to not stay all the way closed. It looked "off" cosmetically and some water would get through the large gap while using the shower. Their office had already closed by then, so I had to wait until the next business day after a holiday weekend to call them to tell them about the issue. The next business day, before I had a chance to call them, I received a call from them to get the final payment to cover installation fees and I told them about the issue and was told someone would call me back to schedule an adjustment to realign the door. I went ahead and gave them the final payment over the phone trusting that they would schedule the fix within a few days. The next day, I got a call back from them, but it was not to schedule the repair date. They had the credit card account number off by one digit and the card didn't go through. I gave them the number again and they corrected it and I asked about scheduling the repair and was told someone would call back "later." I never hear from them again that week. The next week I call back asking about it and was told, someone will call back in a few days. A few days go by and nobody calls. I send an email and wait for a reply for a couple days. No reply to the email. I call back again and reach the installer who says he won't know when he will be available until next Monday. The next Monday comes and goes with no call back. I call again and he said he is not sure if he will be available on the day I will be at home during the day and he would have to see if can reschedule another job to free up time to come to my house that Friday. I tell him that is the only day I will be available during the day *that week*, but I may be able to be home another day the next week. I wait until Friday and again there is no call back, so I call them and he says he is coming and will be over in the afternoon that same day. Luckily, I had not made other plans and was still available. The installer comes back and looks at it and at first was saying that that's the best it can be because the shower walls are not straight enough, but when he puts the door back, it looked much more closely aligned that it did on the original installation. It was close enough that I would not have called back if it had been originally like that, so I let it go as good enough. This all took around a half hour to do. When it was done, I commented to him that it was really difficult to get them to come back to fix their work and he said they are busy. Not happy with them at all, but at least they finally came out after at least 3 weeks of calling and emailing and not getting called back. I was ready to complain to the licensing board and do a charge back on my credit card for the installation fees payment as the next step and the rating would have also been F instead of D. Not sure what it takes to get their attention. The only thing they were quick about calling for was to get payment. Once they had their money in full, they were ready to just disappear, and put me off over. They didn't think about taking care of customers who have already paid to get repeat business. I had another bathroom that I was considering having done and would have used them again if the first job had gone smoothly and if they had been responsive about calling back for more than payment collection. I'm certainly not going to recommend them to anyone either. The company seems very unprofessional. Even if they had said it would take 3 weeks to schedule adjusting the door on the first day spoke to them and then scheduled it for the same day it ending up getting fixed after all this hassle, that would have been much better than the way they operate.

Called for an estimate. They informed me that they were very busy and would call and schedule me the following week. Weeks passed and we gave our job to another window company. They then called and wanted to schedule. I informed them of the long delay and that we had had several companies come out and give us bids and had given our job to another company. The caller then noted the message date and was surprised how old it was. There was no real apology and basically an oh well.
