Description of Work: Depending on who you deal with your service can be good or bad. Although I bought from this store, when I needed additional tiles, my experience started out friendly on the phone and they did get the product to me but when I showed at the shop to pick it up was a different story. I called and asked if they had 3 more 12x12 sheets of the decorative tile i had originally ordered.....he was very nice and said he had a guy at the sacramento store and would be heading their way and he will deliver it. My tile guy remeasured, just in case, and informed me I would not need 3 sheets, but only 2. So, when i arrived at el dorado tile, I told the girl I only needed 2. She said she could not refund.... I hadn't even bought it yet and she was committing me to all of it. I told her I do not want to pay $20 for something I didn't need. So, she said she would charge me a restocking fee. This is gor one 12x12 sheet of decorative tile mind you. What is the restocking fee, to walk it back into the shop? No customer service to help me have an easy transaction.....i was in shock that after all i had spent there she would talk to me like that.......I felt this company was not business oriented, and obviously they do not want me as a return customer.

Description of Work: During the construction of our new house in Meadow Vista CA, El Dorado realy went the extra mile to provide us with service and a quality product. Even to the extent of making a specal trip to the warehouse to complete an order, Thanks Jerry. Dan
