+ 1 moreOUTSTANDING! The door is as good as new as is the front of the house. Not only did they repair the house, but they also caulked and primed the areas they fixed too. They showed up early, and did the work in 2 days. They answered my questions and then told me what they were going to do. It was a rush job because we are moving to Portland and so they accommodated our accelerated schedule. And the price was more than reasonable, especially for the high quality of work. Can't say enough good things about them.
Description of Work: Brandon and Maynard fixed a lot of dry rot on the front of the house and replaced the frame to an outside door that was almost inoperable due to dry rot.

Description of Work: |Dennis and Chad removed a wall mounted air conditioning unit ("Window shaker") and then cover the hole on the inside and outside of the house. They did an outstanding job - it is literally impossible to tell where the hole was located! They work they did on the exterior stucco is especially impressive. They perfectly matched the patch with the rest of the house. | |They are very professional, yet friendly guys. When they explain what needs to be done and then what they did, even a guy like me who doesn't know anything about construction can easily understand. They showed up when they said they would for the estimate and the work. The work was completed when they said it would be finished. Their price is more than reasonable for the quality of their work. | |I will definitely hire Dennis and Chad again. I also have recommended to them to several of my friends.

+ 1 moreChad and Dennis do fantastic work. Their prices are extremely reasonable. They are on time, finish when they say they will, and explain everything and answer your questions. Their work is of extremely high quality. We will definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: This is the second time Dennis and Chad have done repair work for us. The first time they removed dry rot and termite damage under a bathroom window. The stucco repair they did was great - it perfectly matches the rest of the wall. They did the work quickly and efficiently. Denns and Chad took the time to explain to me what was needed and what they were going to fix it. And then they completed the job as promised. today they removed a built-in " window shaker"air conditioning unit from our living room. They took the unit out and patched the dry wall on the inside and the stucco on the outside. The stucco and dry wall look great - cant tell that there was anything therefore.

+ -1 moreGiven the luck we have often had with contractors, we rather pessimistically expected to have a gaping hole in our bedroom wall for a few weeks. Not so! Chad and his crew were so efficient and hard-working that the repair work took only three days, and the window installation, which was scheduled to be completed Wednesday, was only delayed until Friday. Every day Chad and his crew were on the job, they cleaned up meticulously. They respected our space and privacy while they were in our home by walking around the exterior instead of through the house every time they needed something from their trucks. They worked the entire time they were on site. I never saw them sitting down once (except when they were working on the floor itself). I was especially interested in the way one of his workers always stood up respectfully whenever I walked into the room. Someone taught that young man (Brandon) good manners. Anyway, Chad and his crew did a beautiful job, and everything was very reasonably priced. We were especially awe-struck by the way in which the patch-work on the sheet-rock became absolutely invisible. Chad textured the repair zone meticulously, and the color of the "mud" ended up matching our wall color so completely that we won't even have to repaint the repaired areas. Honestly, we couldn't ask for anything more from a contractor.
Description of Work: We were in the middle of a window replacement project, and the installer discovered dry rot all around the frame of our bedroom slider. He gave us the phone number for Dennis and Chad, and the next day Chad was on site starting the repair work. He had to rip up the carpet and the sub-floor as well as much of the sheet-rock on both sides of the window opening. Then he and his crew removed all of the rotting wood, replaced everything, retextured the walls, and turned the project back to the window installer. Following that he replaced some damaged fascia boards on the outside of the doorway at the roof line.
