They come out and spray the perimeter of the house. Anytime we have an issue they will come immediately. they are very good about that. We had an ant issue because it was very hot. So we had some ants to come in and they took care of it and now we have no more ants. We have annual service. My husband pays for the year. I would give them "A's too because they do what they say. It was just one worker. Well as I said,I don't really know because I haven't been here long enough to really answer. I just met the young man that came last month. There were no issues, very respectful. I have a 95 year old mother, he had to go into her room and put the bait out for the ants and all that and he was really good about that.
Description of Work: They sprayed the perimeter of the house out and put out bait for ants.

They are pretty expensive but they seem to keep the spiders and bugs out of the house. It is like $40 some every month. It will be nice if they were a little bit cheaper. The guy is super nice.
Description of Work: We use Clark's Pest Control every two months. They come out and spray under our house. They keep bugs and spiders out of your house and it includes a onetime call if you are getting bugs in between their usual service calls, then they come out for free and spray again like ant hills and specific spots where bugs might be nesting close to the house. They go around wood piles and swimming pools to keep them away from places you do spend time outside.

I hired Clark's Pest Control because of their popular name and one of my neighbor's also uses them. A Clark's technician came out and sprayed my front, back and side yard/property. He said, if there were any worries to call back and a return visit would be free. He also told me, I would be notified by mail or phone to let me know when the next scheduled visit would take place. When the tech. showed up the second time, I wasn't notified and hadn't unlocked by side gate, good thing I was home. Plus this particular day, it was pouring rain. When I shared my concern the spray wouldn't be affective, the tech. assured me it would. Another observation I noticed was the tech used my water hose to dilute the spray. I shared my concern and was assured the water wouldn't 'water down' the spray. The spray was completed and within the next couple of days it stopped raining. I was working in my back yard when I noticed ants in several areas of my yard. I called Clark's and a tech. came out and I shared my disappointment with the last spray, the amount of insects and I didn't care for water being added to the spray. I asked the tech. to use less water. I didn't hoover over him to see if my request was carried out. A few days later I was again in my back and front yard and noticed: ants, stink bugs and a bug I don't know the proper name but, they are referred to as rolly polly bug, gray in color. Now I am truly frustrated by wasting good money and dissatisfied with Clark's product/spray. Clark is scheduled to come to my home in late April for another scheduled visit. I'm going to ask that no water to be mixed in with the spray and I'm anxious to see if my request is considered or not. I plan on telling the tech. bugs are continuously present and I think the spray is not of quality standard. I've used other pest control companies and I never observed the spray watered down nor did I have I had continuous issues with insects reappearing in between sprays as I'm experiencing now. i'll return to this review after my April spray and update my experience again. July 2014. Well I'm back. With an April and June spray at my home, I am left with a bad taste in my mouth. The last spray, the tech. rang my door bell, but I didn't answer it because I was on a long distance phone call. My blinds around my home were closed except my bedroom blinds were slightly open. There are sheer curtains behind the blinds as well. The tech. thinking I wasn't home DID NOT spray my back yard. I have a clear view of my entire yard from my bedroom windows. The tech obliviously didn't notice the blinds partially open. I called Clark's Pest Control in Auburn and spoke with the tech's supervisor and explained what DID NOT happen. He offered to resend the tech out again, but I declined his offer. The same tech called me a few minutes after I spoke with his supervisor and tried to convince me he did spray. Nice try, but NO. I told him the last visit he was here at my home, he over looked a warped nest. I didn't point the nest out to him, because I wanted to see if he would look up towards under neath the eaves and he didn't. Another tech came out the next day and hey, the yards were sprayed as they should have been! I told the supervisor I wouldn't be renewing my contract when it expires. I've had my other homes sprayed in the past and the spraying was thorough and the tech always did an excellent job. Unfortunately that company is three hours away. What a disappointment and bad experience with Clark's Pest Control in Auburn.
