+ -1 moreB&B Painting seemed knowledgeable about how to resolve a pet odor problem with one of the rooms, so I hired them to do just that one room, and estimate on some other painting jobs for other areas of my house. The job was incomplete, and they were apparently not available for return appointments. After several "call back in a few days... call back next week... etc" I got the point.
Description of Work: Work was not completed. I hired B&B Painting to apply a primer in one room, to seal out heavy cat urine odors. One of his workers applied the primer, and removed the closet doors. He said that he would come back in a few days after the primer dried, so he could put back the closet doors and apply more primer if necessary. I still noticed residual cat urine odor after the primer had dried, so I asked him to come back out and finish the job. I couldn't get him to commit to a return appointment, so I eventually gave up.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GOOD JOB OF PAINTING. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH. THEY WERE ALWAYS PROMPT IN SHOWING UP FOR THE JOB. THE PRICE WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH LOWER, BUT I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THE COLOR OF PAINT IN TWO ROOMS AND THEY HAD TO REDO IT.
Description of Work: THEY PAINTED THE ENTIRE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE, WHICH CONSISTS OF SIX ROOMS.
