Description of Work: The A/C in our home wasn't working, he came out and fixed the problem by changing the thermostat battery. They replaced our old system 6-7 years ago.

 + -1 moreMark, the estimator, is a very competent individual. He was the first person to visit our home and do all the measurements. Pete (owner) came out on the first day of the actual job, and was able to make some adjustments to the layout of the ducts, which made the install more streamlined. In addition, we had our clothes dryer vent ducting replaced ("Change order") and Pete only charged us $100 for the materials and labor. Any other company would bid that as a $300 job. Pete said "we're already going to be in there, no problem." The entire crew was very courteous and efficient. Not a slacker in the bunch. Since my job was completed, Arrow Mechanical has done two additional HVAC installs in my neighborhood. Our neighbors are very pleased, too! That's three happy homes in Applegate, CA.
Description of Work: Arrow Mechanical of Auburn CA did the Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and mechanical (duct work) at our residence in Applegate CA. Pete (owner of Arrow Mechanical) came highly recommended from people we knew, and although his wasn't the lowest bid, it was the most thought out and cost-effective as well as thorough. Pete was the only HVAC Contractor that understood how to run the ducts through backs of closets, underneath floors, and made the retrofit clean & unobtrusive. You don't even notice where the heating and AC ducts are located, because they were placed strategically in non-traffic areas. The install went quickly, and we are very pleased with our Trane Heating and Cooling system. The return air filter has been very effective in filtering out pollutants and micro-particles from our inside air. Thanks to Pete and Arrow Mechanical, our family has been a lot more comfortable (and healthy with fewer respiratory ailments) these past few years. They moved to ROCKLIN, CA.
