Description of Work: Had multiple plumbing issues. They responded quickly. I had a broken toilet replaced, a water filter system installed under a kitchen sink, a loose toilet secured to the floor and a new garbage disposal installed under the sink. Now I'm having them replace a 18 year old, 75 gallon water heater.

Description of Work: The plumber came out right away. He completed paperwork on the costs for repairs. He identified the cause of standing water under the furnace, replaced a leaking toilet and determined no sub floor damage, put in new bathroom sink with new faucets, and replaced old, worn out parts in the shower. I am very satisfied with the work. It was done promptly and he cleaned up afterword. Very professional work.

+ -1 moreWe still find things that aren't completed or done correctly and he worked on our property over a year ago. Would never, never hire him in a million years.
Description of Work: This plumber decided to make another "Winchester Mystery House" out of our plumbing project. He kept adding one pending disaster and crisis after another to generate more revenue for himself. He had no cash flow so we kept having to pay immediately upon completion of a job. Immediately defined as going to the bank and putting money directly into his bank account. The guy lives from hand to mouth. He made big promises and charged outrageous prices. He only finished projects after we called him numerous times and threatened legal action. We had an emergency situation (flooding in a basement due to broken pipes and broken sewage pipes) and felt trapped by the circumstances.
