+ -1 moreterrible. i watched her remodel peoples bathrooms that nothing was wrong with, while leaving others without proper facilities for weeks. she stole a handicapped neighbors aluminum ramps. she would never give rent reciepts. etc.etc.etc. her lack of tree maintenence cost me 2000 in repairs to my vehicle. she didnt even care. do not do business with this loop job.
Description of Work: i rented an apartment from summer. it was the worst run down down dump ever. she stole my deposit and never fixed anything. she stole tools off my property. constantly lied about her brothers sticky fingers. i rented from her out of little covievience for 2 years.
