As a single woman I have noticed that business have a tendency to take advantage of an already bad situation but this time it wasn't the case. Manual was understanding and kind and very professional. A week before Christmas, a new gas stove and the big box store s logistics service refused to hook up the gas line. I called Pro plumbing and had an appointment for the very next day. Professional, courteous, and fast. 20minutes after they arrived my new stove was hooked up and working perfectly. Manuel was really great! I spoke with him Saturday morning and he was able make it to our house by 3:30. I was really impressed with his ability to determine where our main sewer line was as there aren t any clean outs indicating where it is. I showed a pipe sticking out of the ground near the alley and he immediately knew it was a clean out. This is significant because the previous plumber we had out the day before said it definitely was NOT a clean out when it actually was. Manuel was able to clear the line in about an hour. We are so impressed with his abilities and professionalism that we contracted him for additional work that we need done.

My water heater was leaking and I needed a quick replacement. I searched for plumbers on HomeAdvisor and Pro Plumbing was one that came up. Within 5 minutes they called me and I scheduled the work for 3pm the following day. When Pro Plumbing arrived I checked my phone and it was exactly 3pm! Can't beat that. Ernie was very friendly and professional. He handled the job by himself and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the work they did.
