Very efficient. Work men were courteous, efficient and left things neat and picked up each day. Other than a delay in getting started, the whole process was smooth and efficient. Communication from the site foreman Darren was excellent - kept me advised as to who was coming to my house, to do what each day.

I little struggle eith early communication, but good when work began.

The process went exceedingly well with no serious delays or holdups. We enjoyed all the workers who were polite, on time and diligent. The supervisors were always on top of what was going on and we would highly recommend Mr. Tom and his staff on any tile or granite project.

Mr. Tom's installed all the tile in our present home (built in 2002) that we bought in late 2010. We had them install matching tile on the master bathroom floor in early 2011. The cost was a little on the high side, the workmanship was adequate and the job was finished in a timely fashion. When trying to fix a bath/shower valve leak, we discovered that the original (2002) tile job had not provided a large enough hole to allow servicing the valve. The plumber would not attempt to enlarge the hole, so we had Mr. Tom's do it. They were fairly unresponsive, not answering phone calls or returning messages. After several days, we finally were able to arrange for them to have a workman stop by between jobs to enlarge the hole and repair a damaged corner on a counter. We furnished all materials. He was very professional (in contrast with office personnel) and did a decent job, but It took barely a half hour. We think that the charge of $100 was outrageous, especially since the problem resulted from bad workmanship by them when the house was built.

It was a complete renovation of the bathroom. My experience with them was excellent. They had an excellent designer that helped and guided me through the appropriate design for the master bathroom. Their staff was very professional. They made sure that they came through and kept the floors clean. They cleaned up afterwards. The quality of their work was very good. Their professional advice plus the execution was excellent.
