+ 0 moreWe had a few changes that Miller Solar took care of and the completed system is excellent . It produces more energy than I use and has had no problems in over 2 years. Miller is very knowledgable in this business and is a fine electrician. This system will pay for it's self in about 5 years at which time I will be saving over $600.00 per month at today's rates,

+ 0 moreThe solar panels were delayed in production, but that worked to our benefit; although we were originally scheduled to receive them in May, they were not delivered until September. During this period, there were two price reductions which resulted in getting a lot more power for a lower per-kW cost.
Description of Work: Miller Solar installed a 1.2 KW solar system on our home in San Luis Obispo, California. The work involved installing 8 solar panels in two rows of four on an existing roof with concrete tiles, several of which needed to be replaced due to previous storm damage. The work was performed professionally, and the conduit required that they develop a custom-fitted clipping to assure that the conduit would not come loose during a storm or from normal wear and tear. William really knows what he's doing, and the system has been performing flawlessly for four months now. The overall contact for the work was through Pacific Energy Company of San Luis Obispo. The overall cost was about $15,000, including the cost of the panels, but tax incentives and rebates have brought the net cost down to below $10,000 - and we expect to save enough electricity to pay it off within 12-14 years, easily.
