Description of Work: the house was being sold, when they finished putting on the roof, they left a considerable amount of debris on the side of the house. the contract stated, they were to be paid upon completion and all residue to be removed promptly. instead they waited mulitple days to clean up the debris so i withheld the payment until they completed the clean up. as a result the owner charged me $200 cash, claiming i paid late. This is extortion.when they did come to my home, his employees took lumber that was my property and when i requested it be returned, it was not. I found mid state hard to deal with in particular, the owner Wade. i would not reccommend hiring this company.

The owner Wade helped me every step of the way from beginning to end as I initially knew nothing about installing a new roof. He was helpful in educating me about the various composition shingles, venting systems, underlayments, and warranties. He gave me a lot of special attention. I selected the highest quality of materials and purchased a 50-year warranty that is non-prorated and transferable to a future owner. I simply cannot stop staring at my beautiful roof as I drive home each day. Wade's employees could not have been harder workers and were always pleasant, polite, and respectful...a real joy to have at my home for a solid week. I keep telling my neighbors, friends and family to come look at my roof now that it is finished; they are all very impressed. Many thanks to Wade and all his staff.
