Description of Work: We had planned on replacing carpet following a remodeling project. Since I planned on replacing it I told the workers not to worry about walking on it. However following the project we found out we were having unexpected guests. This carpet was trashed ! The gentleman from Deep Steam worked so hard to get this carpet looking good. He was very apologetic that it was it perfect. It looked way better than I thought it could. I was very impressed.

Description of Work: Deep Steam Carpet Cleaners cleaned 5 rooms, a walk-in closet and a hallway. | |Employe arrived early and let me know he could start if I was ready. He was polite and went out of his way not to rush me. He was very friendly, professional, informative, and efficient. The receptionist who took my order was nice too. She let me know up front that they weren't the cheapest carpet cleaning business but she thought the best one. | |I was a little worried right after the cleaning, because my very old carpet had wrinkles in it, but as the carpet dried the wrinkles smoothed out completely. I think they did an awesome job for the price of basically $37.00 per room. Thank you!
