The office seemed confused about our quote as the original salesman was out on medical leave. The windows took longer to come in than I thought they should have, but it was due to the manufacturer, not Atascadero Glass. They got the windows done in a day, they fit beautifully and the workers were very good about cleaning up after themselves. Overall a positive experience.

The installation went very well, and when I noticed a slight mark under the glass after the installers left (we had all missed it on our first inspection!) they came back within 10 minutes to lift the glass and clean off the mark. It is PERFECT, and I am enjoying the gorgeous addition to the room.

We hired this company to replace two sliding glass doors, a large bay window and 4 others with double pane vinyl MG. At first glance I noticed the final product did not appear to be finished but I assumed they would return. No way, they were done. When workers removed the glass they also tore out entire frames which were replaced with cheap unsanded plywood. Large nail heads were visible with and quot;indoorand quot; caulking (on exterior) slathered over wide gaps. Now, after time the plywood frames are badly bowed and warped, nails have popped out and caulking completely disintegrated. We now have gaps of .5 inches! In addition any insulation that originally existed is gone so moisture enters via exterior wide seams they created. I'm totally disgusted and will have all replaced again by a reputable company. Atascadero Glass has earned and deserve a big F for the rip-off job.

The technicians who installed the windows arrived on time and were very friendly. They were careful and cleaned up after themselves each day. It took 3 1/2 days to install the 19 windows. The workmanship was excellent and the new windows are a huge improvement to the looks of our home. The Milgard windows are priced in the center to upper end of the vinyl replacement window range, so price was not the only factor in deciding to go with Milgard windows. I am sure that less expensive windows are available at an appropriate reduction in quality. We are happy with the cost verses quality received and would make the same decision to go with Milgard in the future.. Overall, we are very happy with the products and service received from Atascadero Glass.

We had several problems with the order and install. The glass was not ordered as we agreed. The shower door had a significant bow to it. I guess this can happen in the tempering process. We tried to reject the glass, but we were told this was within and quot;acceptableand quot; limits. SO now we now have an and quot;acceptablyand quot; leaky shower. Acceptable to them I guess. They talk about getting it right for you but in the end it was just lip service. We will go with a different provider next time.

Was told $10 per balancer (two per window), so basically $100 for parts and $295 for 50 minutes of labor on two completed visits. One set of balancers was replaced in Ocober 2011 for $175 ($75 initial service call to determine correct part and $100 for 10 minute installation). Four more sets of balancers were replaced in January 2012 ($80 parts and $140 labor for 40 minute installation). The time between parts order and installation in October was about 10 days. The time between parts order and installation the second time was three weeks due to Atascadero Glass ordering the wrong parts.

The work was excellent. They were very responsive, personable, professional and on time. They cleaned up after themselves and did not make a mess. The windows they installed were very good. When I brought to their attention something that they had forgotten to do, they came back right away and did it; it was something very small. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Everything was done on schedule, very professional on all aspects. Kevin contacted us the day after service, to make sure everything was to our satisfaction...it was, a great job from the beginning to completion.
