+ -1 moreI will never use him again. The owner of the company gave me a quote over the phone. He said I needed to sign a paper of the quote once we all were at the office. They charged me three times the amount of money he quoted me on the phone. They charged me also for the material I had already purchased and had waiting at my house. I kept calling him because I was not satisfied with the work. He never came out again, never finished the job. The total bill he quoted me was $10,000.00 so I gave him $7,000.00 upfront. I already had at least half of the supplies/materials at my home on top of that.
Description of Work: I used him for landscaping on a home I used to live in.

Description of Work: Remove existing bushes and trees and replace with others. Replaced a landscape light.

Description of Work: General yard maintenance, mowing, trimming weeding work just wasn't satisfactory, weeding didn't get done. We would ask for extras and pay for them willingly . I guess when I think of yrad maitenece I'm thinking it will be maintained. We asked for him to come in and spruce up the yard as we are considering selling the house and we were quoted 900.00. There were a couple extras like a 6 foot diameter circular area of lawn that had died that needed re-seeding and adding a sprinkler. I decided against those things and figured I'd do them myself to save money. The bill wa still 900.00 to get the yard "in shape'. My feeling is that I'm paing 150.00 a month to maintain the yard so I shouldn't be putting out 900.00 to get it " in shape".

+ 0 moreRecieved est. $600.00. Understood them to put quality lights in( 4). and to repair existing 3 light( bulbs). After 45 min. of work he said job was complete but some light fixtures needed bulbs and that he did not have time to get them. The quality of the lights are poor. We have had trouble with them not working ever since. when we call to ask them to come out to fix they have never returned our calls. We paid the 600.00 reluctently but did so because we comitted to the est. I consider them a total rip off. Beware
