Description of Work: I had more than 20 gopher mounds on my small coastal lot, several still active, and got tired of setting traps. They inserted poisoned bait at the active mounds 4 days ago, with no digging involved. There's been no new activity since. They'll do two rechecks, a week apart and guarantee the work for another month after that with no charge for re-applications during that time frame. Young man was professional and knowledgeable and nice. His name was Eduardo.

+ -1 moreHorrible! The guy showed up and said and quot;his boss wouldn't let him go under the house.and quot; This is after stating they did this all the time, and gave me a detailed price for it. I called his and quot;boss,and quot; and he was very unprofessional and said the guy just made that up. Unbelievable! Never had them back.
Description of Work: Gave estimate on taking care of mouse problem under the house, and only sprayed for bugs with a few bate stations around the house.

Description of Work: I had a small infestation of dry wood termites as the result of some holes left in my roof by a vendor moving my satellite antenna. This was my first experience with a pest control vendor. I called several including some of the best known sources. Archie was the first to respond and appeared the next day and fixed the problem. Then in March of this year I noted some more activity in the same area and called Archie. He responded that day and fixed the problem at no cost to me indicating that they may have missed a colony on their original visit. I will absolutely call Archie again if I have a need.
