When my wife lost the check book we put a stop payment on all check but then I faxed the bank to clear the ones we knew about but Dry Creek already had theirs stopped. We NEVER recieved info about this until we recieved a letter from debt collection three weeks later. I had spotless credit until this and they could have had the courtesy to call so we could have repayed them but they didn't and when I called to straighten this out the manager laughed and said too bad. I DISPISE THIS COMPANY
