+ -1 moreTHEY WERE TERRIBLE. THERE WERE SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO WERE WILLING TO DO THE JOB AT A CHEAPER PRICE, BUT I THOUGHT SINCE I'M PAYING MORE, I WILL GET BETTER SERVICE. WHEN THEY SHOWED UP, THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG STUFF AND IT TOOK THEM TWO WEEKS TO COME BACK. WHEN THEY CAME BACK, THEY DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB. I DON'T EVEN WANT TO PAY THEM.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED HARDWOOD FLOORING.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD A VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. THE GUY AT THE STORE WOULD SAY ONE THING AND IT WOULD BE ANOTHER. HE SAID THEY WOULD COME AT A CERTAIN TIME BUT THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. THERE WAS A BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE COMPANY.
Description of Work: REMOVED THE CARPET AND TILE THEN PUT IN NEW HARDWOOD FLOOR IN KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM.
