Description of Work: They came out to fix a water leak in the kitchen. They said the reverse osmosis had a slow drip and did nothing. 2 week later I had another plumber out and they found 4 separate leaks and a bunch of clearly visible standing water that had been there a month or longer. Because of their incompetence I had to have my kitchen demo'd and dried out. The worst part was covered by insurance (Considered long term damage).

Description of Work: Waterboys Plumbing provided prompt, professional (and friendly), high quality service when our water heater went out. While here, they also replaced a faulty circulating valve so now we have hot water in our back bedroom without waiting forever.

Description of Work: We had a drop in water pressure. He came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and left. He was neat, did a good job , didn't run the bill up, has a great sense of humor, & was reasonably priced. We would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Told the company that we needed to replace a shut off valve under the toliet .Ask him how much would it cost to do and they said that their service call rate was $85 .He ask me where I lived I told him Arroyo Grande,he said that they had a program to replace old toliets with water saving ones that I might qualify for and might..save me some money.We made the appointment for Friday he showed up on time at 9am at 11am the job was complete the job should have been a simple on but it was complicated by a series of unforeseen setbacks once the plumber started the project no fault of his own . I was very satisfied when the job was done and will use the company again for future plumbing needs . I cant remember the plumbers name but he had a english accent and had 20 plus years in his field very professonal and polite .
