PACIFIC COAST HOME INSPECTIONS

tSteve Spisak, owner/inspector was beyond thorough. He examined every square inch of the home. After the inspection he spent time explaining the inspection, where he inspected and the results. He also explained remediation of the simple to fix items. His inspection was over 4 hours not including the time he spent afterwards with me. In addition , he noted that if I had any questions, at all, to call him and he would be happy to go over the report. Because the home is in escrow time was of the essence. The report was in my hands, with a copy to my realtor, within early evening of that same day. I would encourage anyone purchasing a home to contact this business.

Steve was very helpful in reviewing the results of the inspection and explaining everything in an easy-to-understand manner. Steve's experience ranks second-to-none, and he exceeded my expectations, which was a first in my home-buying experience.
