However, we were not the only ones that wanted the house and we were suddenly in competition with bids by other potential buyers. Fortunately, we had the best real estate agent. He skillfully led us through a complicated process that led to success. We move in a few weeks and could not be happier. Again, if you're looking for a skilled professional Ken is your man.
Description of Work: Ken is a long time professional real estate agent in San Luis Obispo County. We recently purchased a home. We looked around the county for 2.5 yrs. He showed us many homes that we eventually decided not to purchase. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient, never any pressure. We finally found the home that was right for us and Ken led us through a complicated process that ended successfully.
