We gave them color samples, and they had paint made to match. We used 2 main colors, plus one for a few accent effects on some architecturally interesting features of our home. They collaborated with us, sharing ideas and suggestions, resulting in improvements to the plan. Of course, there was the chaos of moving everything out and back in again, but the work was done in five days. It might have taken longer, but we moved much of our smaller belongings because we wanted it done, and to protect some important or fragile items. In any event, it was done more quickly than either they or we had anticipated given the amount of detail in the home. They worked with brushes at the edges and rollers on the large flat areas -- no spray painting. They caulked, puttied and filled blemishes, bent flashing, and old dents in the walls so that they are no longer detectable. They were very careful about cleaning up even the smallest splatters. They were pleasant, even amusing, to have around, and respectful of our needs. I could not have asked for more careful work, or a better result. The B for price just means they are not the cheapest around, but we did not necessarily want the lowest bidder.
