Paul showed up on time and got everything done in 45 minutes. His hourly rate is reasonable and his attitude is exceptionally accommodating. I would not hesitate to hire him again (and will).

Paul did a great job. On time, had new part with him, repaired, and very fair charges. I immediately scheduled further work with him, and given his contact info to a number of friends.

Paul did a great job and ended up noticing the drain from my dishwasher was clogged and fixed that without me asking. We would definitely hire him again.

He was easy to communicate with. He arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. The job took about an hour and his fee was very reasonable.

Great! He got the fan for us and installed it quickly and inexpensively....not sure of the exact price actually...but very very reasonable...not sure of the exact date either...it was awhile ago, but I was having computer problems at that time...anyway...I was SOOOOO happy with the price and how quickly and easy (for HIM) it was.....when he gave me the bill I was sooo happy I said "I LOVE you"!!! ha ha (the next job he did for us was not as reasonably priced....so I was a bit disappointed based on this one) But, I'd give him an A++ for the bathroom ceiling fan! : )

He was scheduled to arrive at 9:30, I called and left him a message that we had an appt. at that time, but he can start b4 we get back.(He did not get the message) My husband got home around 9:45 and he showed up a few minutes after that but still he charged us for a 9:30 start time and also charged us 150.00 for just a couple pieces of wood....we had most of the wood needed. He did a job for us awhile ago and gave us such a good deal and I was so happy with the price before.....but this time it was a lot more money and a lot less work on his part compared to when he put in our picket fence (which I never did do a review for.....cause he never quite got it finished to where I was happy with it-and he made it clear that he was d o n e with it and didn't want to work on it anymore....and I finally just took down the gate cause it never was on straight...but this job was a better quality too). I would use him again because his prices are still pretty reasonable and he does a lot of different things....he put a fan in for us too awhile ago and I was super happy with that an A+ for that fan install....sorry, never reviewed that one...but very happy about that...and anyway....pretty happy with the side stairs now....was hoping to save that top piece of wood in tact...but that didn't happen, but otherwise happy with the final results...much easier on my knees now...thank you! : )

Paul is uber responsible. He returns calls (and texts/emails) promptly. He showed up exactly on the day and time scheduled. He is very detail-oriented and also works fast. No nonsense! I'm so happy with the work he did at my place--it involved him having to go to the lumber store to pick up supplies. He doesn't waste any time and doesn't engage in small talk. He charges $30 per hour and totally gives you your money's worth. I will absolutely hire him again and have referred him to friends.

Paul did a great job. Had a small problem with faucet fixture being the wrong type but when I called to inform him of the problem he was quick to respond and replace with the proper faucet. He is an honest guy and will let you know up front if there is a repair beyond his scope of knowlege or expertise. He is the perfect handyman for taking care of everyday minor repairs.

Paul is great, which means he is hard to get so be sure to book him in advance. You will be pleased with his work and cost. He charges a reasonable hourly fee but works fast and intensly

He worked us into his very busy work schedule. Said he could give us 3 hours. He completed everything I wanted done in 2 hours. A very personable and fast worker. I would hire him in a minute. In fact I booked he for another job in our home.

He is fast and very good, does fabulous work.

Paul is very personable, on time and professional. I felt that he was attentive to my requests and completed the projects to my satisfaction. I have had his service several times over the past three months. He's awesome!

It went fine he came promptly, and he compleated job in garage did not get room dirty all done in garage.

All the repairs to the house were done at a fair price and in the time we agreed upon. I will call him the next time I need help.

I just moved in and have a lot of work that need's to be done. Paul showed up on time,changed my sink facet and put up two sets of blinds. He did a excellent job, cleaned up well and is very fast. I have a lot of work that need's to be done and have scheduled another appointment. He told me he would not schedule anyone else that day so he could finish my project's. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future. His costs is very reasonable for the work he did.

Very professional job except a little sloppy painting the door. Supplied materials, had to come back to do a second coat and cleaned up very nicely.

I had a tight time schedule and I was to be away the day that Paul was scheduled to come. I was a little nervous as I wanted to be there as I had never met Paul before, but he was fantastic. He took off the composite board without doing damage to any of the surrounding wood. He took the new boards, cut them beautifully and attached them. By the time I got home, the new boards were in place perfectly. Also, my wife was home with two toddlers while he did the work and her opinion matters, and she said, 'Paul was great', so there you have it, two happy customers.

Perfection from start to finish. Paul was punctual, reliable, experienced, very hard-working. Friendly, but gets right down to business and gets the job done as promised. Beautiful work, amazing job. Nothing could have been done better, more quickly, more professionally. You're missing out if you don't call Paul. Seriously. We're new to the area and we are so grateful to have found Paul. We will be hiring him for more work on/for our home. GREAT FIND! You really can't do better in all regards.

This is the second time we have had Paul assist us. He is very punctual, very resourceful, and does not dilly dally. You explain to him what you need done and then step aside and he goes to work. He charges $30/hour plus materials, if he needs to purchase anything. He does not pad his bill, he is very fair. Would highly recommend him!
