Voluntarily delayed the job because of possible rain rather than doing it and getting the money. Did an excellant job. Paid attention to and complied with our requests

I found Golden State on Angie's list. When contacted, Gary, the owner, came out and gave us an estimate. He was running a little late, but called to let us know when he would arrive. It took him a few days to work up the estimate as it was a complicated job. We had some roots to remove under our old driveway and wanted to expand it. We also wanted to retain a duct for siphoning off water and wanted some berms installed. We had a brief rain delay. However, Golden State kept in touch with us.. The day the job was to start, the crew arrived on time. Extra roots were removed over and above what we had contracted for. Also,extra asphalt was brought in just in case it was needed. They ended up paving more than what we had contracted for. The next day, the crew returned to put in a couple of berms. The site was completely cleaned up before they left. There was follow-up after the job was done and only after we were satisfied were we presented with an invoice. I found the crew to be professional and the job results exceptional. I would highly recommend using Golden State!

They were amazing! They did an amazing job of repairing broken curbs, cracks, and holes. Then they repaved the entire driveway and it looks amazing now. They were neat, thorough, respectful and speedy. I would highly recommend Golden State Sealing and Paving.
