 + -1 moreGreat! Mike was very easy to communicate with as we are out of town. He responded quickly to texts and came highly recommended by our realtor. After inspecting the property we were very happy with the work t hat was done.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced the damaged portions of the molding and frame as needed to eliminate damage. Made necessary corrections to the toilet to eliminate the excessive moisture condition. Sealed the structure and fumigated with a gas lethal to Drywood Termites,

 + -1 moreThe job went smoothly and inspite of the surprises (more damage found) the job progressed in a timely fashion.The supplemental bill was fair and reasonable. Mike was professional, up front and clear in his initial assessment and walked us through what was needing to be done and why. Let Mike handle the entire job from start to finish so that the necessary repairs will be done correctly and escrow can close on time. Mike took the worry out of the process and was available to answer all questions.
Description of Work: Mike of Genesis Termite did the initial section 1 termite inspection and report for our house sale His assessment of the damage and work needing to be performed was right on point. He was able to assign just the right contractors to perform the necessary repairs in a timely fashion and provide the final inspection report so escrow could close on time.
