+ -1 moreWe used Gary Gracia as our real estate agent to purchase our first house. Gary was with us from the beginning to the end of a complicated short sale purchase. He found ways to guide us toward what WE wanted without pushing us into something that was not a good fit. He spent so much time helping us get our loan pre-approval, inspection, loan docs, and escrow completed. We had some snares with our loan getting underwritten and Gary got us an extension on our loan rate lock and the escrow period, now we have the perfect house for our family. I have heard nightmare stories about pushy real estate agents, or agents that don't communicate, then drop the ball when push comes to shove. Gary never pushed, he guided, and made our home buying experience wonderful! He was never afraid to go the extra mile. WONDERFUL!
