One day we noticed a musty smell in our bathroom. Behind the toilet the baseboard was discoloring and rotting out. We called our insurance company and the leak had damaged the wall and floor. The insurance company gave us a list of contractors to call. We called three of them left messages and waited. Well we didn’t have to wait long for Berry Construction. Randy called us back almost immediately. He was caring, empathetic, professional and explained the whole process from start to finish. We were very happy with Mike, Billy and the entire staff. We had open communication through the whole process, and they did an amazing job making us whole again. I highly recommend the Berry Construction team -- they renovated our smaller bathroom and will be doing our master. Excellent customer service, always on the ball, quick to respond...really outstanding teamwork and a pleasure to deal with. Billy went above and beyond helping us source fixtures, tile etc. Hire them....you won't be sorry!

Everything was ordered and shipped to their office so I didn't have to have the vanity and the tub stored in my house. Once they received all the materials they came and started the work. The whole process was very well coordinated and they showed up every day for 11 days straight. They cleaned up at the end of the day. They put down plastic on the flooring to protect it. At the end of the 11 days I had a brand new beautiful bathroom. They had helpful suggestions and my bathroom looks perfect! It was much simpler than I thought it would be and they made it look so easy!

Berry Construction did an amazing job helping us to recover from a major flood caused by a plumbing problem. Randy worked with the insurance company to maximize our claim process. Mike did a great job managing the various crews. Billy helped us to stay within our budget to select fixtures, tile and other essentials. We are very pleased with the results.

This was by far the best experience ever with a contractor! We were not expecting to have to remodel a kitchen and approached it with sadness and fear. But Randy and Billy calmed those fears and dare I say, made it fun? Yes!! After our initial consultation and listening to us and our likes/dislikes, they took us shopping! And led us to the most perfect and awesome piece of granite that ever existed, and now resides in our kitchen. Their professionalism and knowledge showed in every little detail of this remodel. I'm a single woman who owns my home by myself. Randy and his team were incredibly understanding and professional people. They were with me every step of the way, had my best interests in mind and are passionate about what they do. They worked with my insurance, talking with adjusters both locally and in Missouri to get the needed outcomes. My home actually flooded with raw sewage twice, neither were caused by Berry Construction. The first flood on March 3rd resulted from the original contractor not installing a back flow sewage check valve when the home was built three years ago. The second back up in the first week of April was from toilet paper that had accumulated within the line. After the second back up, Berry recommended a great plumber who correctly resolved the issue. Berry met, what initially seemed to be impossible deadlines without sacrificing quality. My little brother got married on April 23, 2016 and I needed my house ready for guests. Even though some of the initial work Berry did was scrapped due to the second back up, they still met the timeline needed to have my home ready for my little brother’s wedding. Again, this was a nightmare of a sewage situation but Berry Construction did everything right to give me my home back. I highly, highly recommend them to others.

Randy was very nice to talk with and he knew exactly what we needed to get done. He was licensed and has insurance. Those were two of the qualifications needed in order for him to work on one of our clients homes. He came out to the home to access the damages and give us a quote. We worked around our clients schedule to proceed with the process. He was very accommodating and mentioned a few things that he could fix while he was there. Very helpful and we will probably use him again.

THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS.

Wonderfully. We had discovered that the concrete outer wall had cracked and recent severe storms had pushed water into our front wall, causing mold growth and drywall damage inside. Naturally, mold remediation was a priority. We got a quick estimate, straight talk about the uncertainties of what would be discovered in the walls, quick mobilization of subcontractors (stucco specialist), and advice about other water damage. I particularly liked that he got an independent verification that the mold was indeed back to normal levels, so we're sure it got done. Mr Berry noticed water damage to the eaves, which we had not been paying attention to, so we had him also repair what needed repair and paint it all. I'd be very happy to work with this outfit again if need arises.

Our washing machine failed to stop filling, and flooded the house. Ruined flooring, drywall, hardwood, carpeting, cabinetry, etc. After the affected area had been dried out, we hired Berry Construction & Restoration to do the repair work. Their courtesy, cooperation and expertise stood out. Randy Berry, the owner, is customer oriented and great to work with. Communicating and keeping to a schedule are some of Randy's strong points, as is quality work. If it isn't quite right, he'll redo. Whenever he said he'd be there at a certain time, we could set our clock by it. Berry Construction did the contracted work for the agreed upon price. In fact, some weeks after we had paid him, he found that he owed us a small refund and personally delivered a refund check. We are happy with the restoration results and feel fortunate to have found Randy Berry and his company. We highly recommend them.

We were in a hurry because our cabinets were scheduled to be installed in short order. We were referred to Randy by another of contractor, called him and he promptly came in, gave us his bid, which we agreed to, and he immediately scheduled the work. On the day he was scheduled to start he arrived with Javier, the person who would actually perform the work. Randy got Javier started then left for most of the day and returned at the end to help with cleanup. Javier worked very hard, probably for around 11 hours, and was very good at his trade. I'm familiar with this process having done this work myself as well as watching other drywall professionals. The result was a quality job that fit perfectly into our schedule.
