Description of Work: Contacted Contractor with inquiry about a job that I needed done. He never responded.

Description of Work: Jason and his crew did a great job replacing a detached one-car garage with an attached two-car garage and making other major changes to the property. He cares about doing the best job possible for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List, $299 for a General Contractor for a Day, for Precision Built Construction.

Description of Work: I asked for a quote for new windows and siding for my house. Jason showed up at the agreed upon time, measured the house and discussed how the work should be done. I was pleased with his thoroughness and timeliness. His bid was, however, out of my price range at the moment. When this changes I will contact Jason again.

Description of Work: Jason of Precision Built Construction comes with my full recommendation! He was punctual, communacaitive, and a fine carpenter. He replace several hundred dollars worth of siding, and exterior trim boards, he also did a lotof extra securing of loose boards and trim for no additional fees. At the same project, they repaired a broken fence, by replacing and installing a new fence post. All work was done professionally and they cleaned the area at the end of each day. His bid was very competitive and beat out other offers quite well. Good workers will use again. p.s. sorry if there are sorry if there are any spelling errors, this thing does'nt have a spell (at least that I could find...)

Description of Work: We recently moved to Aptos from the Palm Springs area and brought our outdoor water feature with us. We contacted Precision Built to inquire if it was even possible to install it near our front door where there was no electrical or water access close by. Jason easily figured out the problems and was able to install it successfully for us. He and his assistant were polite and worked efficiently, always cleaned up after themselves since the site was at our front door. It was been a month now since the completed project and we are quite happy that we have our fountain is in place. The second project was to build and install shelving for our 2 big screen televisions. They had to sit on triangle granite platforms in the family room and living room but we wanted them to be up higher for better viewing. Jason again solved the problem and made custom shelving that worked beautifully. It looks like it's always been there. Both projects cost $1000.00 total. Thanks Jason, Anne H.

Description of Work: Demolition of front side of house, re-framed and put in new front double door, and build Trex deck from door to driveway.

Description of Work: Prepared a custom rail with gates on deck to be used as a kennel area for ourdog. Added a doggie door panel to back sliding glass door that allows entry to the kenne area.

Description of Work: Several small repairs around an older home (plumbing and sink fixture replacement, cabinet and door repair) plus a larger re-piping job, garage roof demolition, new motion detector lights mounted and activated.

Description of Work: He did a lot of work for us. He has done framing, built terraces, and redone a bathroom.
