This was an awful experience. This company is not a full service company as it's website proclaims it to be: 1. This is a tear out and dry out company - unlike it's website proclaims it does not restore. You must hire a contractor to put things back together. They told us they could remove the new hot water heater and reinstall it so the tenant could remain in the unit during the dry out process. This proved to be a lie and they dumped the task back on us. They referred me to a plumber who would not give me any kind of estimated cost to reinstall the hot water heater but could only quote a brand new heater with removal of old and install of new at a whopping $1500.00. The company wanted $40.00 to come and give me an estimate to reinstall existing brand new water heater. We worked it out with the tenant to remain without hot water until the remediation and reconstruction was completed. 2. Crews showed up not knowing what to do, they were asking the tenant what they were supposed to do. Failed to remove the one strip of wood that was growing mold - we had to point it out the next day so that the mold was remediated. 3. Asbestos was found in the drywall mud and bottom layer of linoleum in the laundry. This company does not do asbestos abatement (so once again not a full service company). The company also informed the tenant of the asbestos prior to informing us, the owners. Very unprofessional. We were thinking of switching to New Life Services because they do asbestos abatement but Servpro talked us out of it. 4. Final straw was that when they proclaimed everything dry in the laundry room and removed the fans and dehumidifiers which had been running 24 hours a day for 4 days the tenant discovered that they had failed to cap off the outflow on the hot water heater and every time they used the water in the kitchen or bathroom the back flow was dumping into the laundry room. Because the room had been taped off and had the fans running they could not hear the back flow until the equipment was removed. So for the entire time they were drying out the room the hot water heater outflow line had been dumping water back on the floor and walls. 5. I spoke to the owner and manager (owner's son-in-law) and went over these things with them. The next day the son-in-law told me thank you for going over these issues we learned some things from you. What did he learn? Well according to him he learned don't refer that plumbing company and if someone says they to go to New Life let them go. Interestingly he said nothing about capping of the hot water heater line or having crews show up at a work site knowing what they are supposed to do or speaking to the owners not the tenants. Cannot recommend this company!

They did a very nice job. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them again in the future.
