+ -1 moreI pay them monthly. I have been using them probably for about eight months. Anytime they call them they are responsive. If I need something extra they take care of it. If they noticed something they let me know right away. They don't have a problem with my big old dog. They are careful with the gate about him, so I am happy for all of those things. They are excellent based on the services that I have had in the past. You know I have had other companies and I just wasn't happy and I am very happy with them. I would continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Valley Pool & Spa/Swimming Pool Management. They come every week for normal pool maintenance and last time was this month. They do vacuuming, cleaning the pool, all the chemicals when they come once a week.

+ -1 moreThis is not your regular pool services company, rather it is a true well managed small business. I believe their staff numbers around twelve or thirteen. The owner, Harry Agajanian, makes it a point to know each of his clients personally, and offers wonderful service. An example would be: Our pool is serviced every Thursday. When we are going to have a backyard party on a weekend, we call Harry and he sends one of his staff to our home and cleans the pool Saturday morning, so our pool is a spotless as possible when our guests arrive. Further, whenever we have an issue or question about our pool we call Harry or his daughter Taryn, his office manger, and explain the issue. Harry, immediately reacts and solves the issue. We have proudly recommended this company to several of our friends and they feel the same as we do. Thank you for the opportunity to express our thoughts about this company. Bruce and Breese McCallum
Description of Work: This company, has serviced our pool for about 25-30 years, and we believe they are truly an outstanding company. During the time they have worked for us we have had our pool serviced weekly, acid washed a few times, re-plastered and re-tiled.
