+ -1 moreIt went very well. Mr. Ulmer (son of the founder, it's a 50-year old family company) was very courteous and helpful about alternatives for filling. He did an excellent and fast job. I got the cushion back in three days, better than it had been when first upholstered.
Description of Work: Re-filled an easy-chair cushion that had flattened over time, and never was very well-filled in the first place. The chair was an expensive item and the rest of the living room furniture had been well and expensively upholstered.
