Description of Work: I met Harlon Mitchell while I was trying to find my my lost dog in Altadena a few months ago. He is a local Realtor just finishing up with a client, and stopped to help me look for my lost Pomeranian Haratio. We got to talking and I told him I was thinking of selling my home and getting a larger home in the neighborhood. Although, we did not find my dog that day, he subsequently helped me figure out what my home would likely sell for in this current market. He also spent a lot of time on the MLS searching for the latest properties and recommend a mortgage broker who helped me figured out what I would qualify for. In the end I decided that now was not the right time for me to move. However, I will definitely call him in the future for selling and buying a new home. He was Kind, courteous, and professional, and he never pressured me! And on a side note, Harlon did call me 3 days later to tell me he did find my dog. Thank you!! It was a pleasure working with him, and I would recommend Harlon to anyone who would be buying or selling a home. What a nice and professional guy!!
