Description of Work: Called for an appointment to fix our garage door. Lady on phone said she would call back, but never did. I guess they have enough business to ignore new customers.

Description of Work: Made a special stop at my home to repair noisey garage door opener, did an excellent job of repairing----made me a special offer to replace my current opener if needed-------Just an excellent experience---I rate them a "10"

Description of Work: Consultation appointment. Showed up late, even though he called, he still was late. I had to ask him certain questions to get him to tell me what other prices are available with a new garage door. I was only aware of these questions from the first consultation from Monrovia. Door.

Description of Work: I left a message about having a new garage door installed. They called back and told me they weren't doing that now. Not sure if they just went out of business or what, but since garage door is in the name, I'm confused.

Description of Work: My automatic garage door opener was not closing and operating properly. I called up Eric who showed up within an hour. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He made some adjustments. Patiently explained to me what had happened and was done.

Description of Work: AMAZING. I read about this company on Angie's List and saw they were close by (Pasadena). We just bought a house and the garage door opener didn't work and nobody had a key for the manual release. I called late on Saturday night and Eric Peterson showed up with a co-worker on Sunday MORNING. It's a family owned business (which I prefer) and everything you guys said about Eric is right on. He was knowledgeable. He even had a spare part (an extra remote clicker) made by the very same company as our garage door opener. So my fiance and I were able to each have clickers. He re-keyed the lock so that we could get in in case of a power outage, and he was done in about 20 minutes! Totally and completely reliable, considerate, knowledgeable, affordable and quick quick quick. I wish all my experiences were like this.
