Indoor Air Quality in Arcadia

Description of Work: The only thing the two men were to do was to clean the air vents which took them about two minutes hooking up to a bedroom vent. When I asked to see what was removed, they said they could not show me. But they insisted on checking my furnace, which I said did not need to be done, and broke the door which controlled the on switch. To add insult to injury they went outside to my a/c condensor, took the hose and said it needed to be washed out. I had to hire my regular furnace-a/c person and pay over $100 to rectify the damage they did. Furthermore, water should NOT be hosed into the a/c condensor. These two men had no knowledge of what they were doing, causing me great frustration and additional expenses. They told me I needed to buy a new furnace for over $5000 from them, of course; and when I called the Southern California Gas Company technician and my heating person to check and fix my furnace, they both assured me my furnace is in good working conditionand did NOT need to be replaced. These dangerous clowns should be put out of business !! | | | | | | | |
